Makes layout, analyzes design, evaluates equipment systems and generates new equipment designs
Prepares reports, correspondence, procedure, specification and technical calculations
Travels occasionally to field sites to assists with product related issues

Manages the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Participates in the implementation of HR Project
Responsible to provide manpower planning, including recruitment and selection process and maintain HR management system

Bachelor Degree S1 or Diploma Degree D3 in any discipline min GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)

Performs derical and administrative duties including typing, proofreading and editing documents, correspondence and reports for assigned department
Suggest process and procedure improvements to increase efficiency and improve communication of department and functional information
Keeps abreast of latest trends and technology related to administrative functions identifies and suggests ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
PLANNER-BUYER (PB)

Create and send RFQ to local and overseas vendor
Create and monitor Purchase Orders and monitor open orders
Responsible to manage supply chain for material inventory based on requirement
Responsible for all procurement process, including in managing relationship with suppliers in order to ensure materials purchased are suitable with specification and requirement
BUYER (BY)
Qualification:

Create Purchase Orders into system and follow up with monitoring order
Create and monitor Purchase Orders and monitor open orders
Responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of goods / services to meet user order requirements
General Requirements:
