SCHEDULE CONTROLLER

Qualification:

  • Have 15 years experience out of which 10 years in Planning / Schedule Control of major capital projects (above USD 1 Billion) of Offshore Oil & Gas processing facilities, preferably in deepwater projects.
  • Advanced skills in Primavera P3 & P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Access / Oracle.
  • Bachelor degree S1 in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering – or its equivalent.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Controller is directly involved in all stages of the project starting from FEED procurement & execution to EPCI execution.
  • The scope includes interaction within the Project team between different disciplines and sub-teams; and with the FEED and EPC contractors.

The Schedule Controller shall be responsible for the following activities:

  • Independently developing detailed (Level 5) Project Schedule with tools Microsoft Project and Primavera P3 & P6 after collecting the data of tasks, durations, relations / links from team members.
  • Identifying critical path and critical tasks in the schedule and continuously monitoring the critical tasks.
  • Resource loading of schedule and monitoring man-hours spent on project by each discipline / Contractor / Sub-contractor.
  • Updating schedule weekly by interacting with Project team members and Contractors, recording progress % of each task.
  • Comparing the Baseline with actual progress achieved.
  • Generating Progress S curves Planned, Actual and Forecast.
  • Progress reports preparation highlighting the problem areas and suggesting mitigation measures.
  • Assisting Project Control Manager / Coordinator in schedule control measures.
  • Verifying the progress % claims made by contractors.

RELIABILITY ENGINEER

Qualification:

  • Have 7 years experience in operation and/or maintenance areas.
  • Have experience in (or exposure): PRM (reliability and maintainability), RCM (reliability centered maintenance), RCA (root cause analysis), and bad actors.
  • Have experience in: AIM (asset integrity management) and RBI (risk based inspection).
  • Bachelor degree S1 in Mechanical Engineering.

Soft Skills:
Demonstrates an inclusive, collaborative leadership style to ensure project s goals are obtained and supported.
Establishes constructive working relationships with other work groups and disciplines.
Able to provide concise and timely communications among a large customer group.

Technical Skill:

  • Knowledge and experience of analysis techniques for operational/maintenance metrics, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) studies, and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Provides stewardship of RCFA process to insure timeliness and follow up of corrective actions. Capable of providing data for RAM analysis by EPC s for Major Capital Projects and RAM contractors. (Critical).
  • Mechanical Equipment: Knowledge and experience in the operation of rotating equipment, i.e motors, pumps, gas, compressors, gearboxes, and gas turbines with experience in maintenance and troubleshooting in all areas.
  • Knowledge of machinery protective and condition based monitoring systems. Knowledge and experience of design, engineering specifications, and spare parts specifications for rotating equipment.(Critical).
  • Offshore Plant and Subsea Operations: Knowledge and experience in upstream operations, i.e Power generation, oil handling and treating, plant operations, oil production, water treating, Subsea etc. (desired).
