Qualifications :
- Have 15 years in major hazard industry, offshore, onshore construction project and with minimum 5 years at managerial level.
- Excellent ability to communicate written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Bachelor degree S1 in Engineering and related Master Degree is preferred.
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Management Team (PMT) ‘s line organization, the EPC, Transportation & Installation Platforms, Pipeline Installation contractors, the Pearl Energy Indonesia business unit-HSES Manager and other HSES networks within Pearl Energy and Mubadala & partners to achieve the intent of Operations Management Framework (OMF).
- Demonstrate the ability to work in all phase of the Project with selecting and overseeing EPC contractors on major projects to develop and implement a culture aimed at best-in-class HSE and quality performance.
- Provide overall assurance regarding HSE and QA/QC within the PMT consistent with expectations and key process of OMF.
- Develop an HSE management system for the PMT aligned with Policy and OMF conformance to ISO 9001.
- Ensure the adequacy of HSE studies and reviews such as HAZID, HAZOPS, Safety Reviews, Risk Assessments, PHSER, Green House Gas reduction, JSA, QRA, etc.
- Coach and advise the line personnel to improve their delivery of HSE accountabilities, including regular face-to-face time with construction and fabrication sites.
