General Manager - Engineering&Construction - Jakarta Raya
Job Requirements:
- Have 15 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Graduate S1 in Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Establish, review and communicate division's polocies and standards to ensure that the technological advancement in Engineering and Construction supports the business plans of the company.
- Plan and develop strategy in Engineering and Construction division in order to achieve and enhance quality performance in the overall Engineering function.
- Monitor and control project activities to anticipate impediments of project progress and to assist in the resolution of problems which may adversly affect project design, cost or schedule.
- Monitor and control of all engineering and construction work including project development, staff assignment and the application of engineering principles throughout the company.
- Develop, manage and control the capital budget for the department and supervises the preparation of funding requests for capital projects.
