Community Development Officer
Requirements :
- Have 5 years experience as CDO, CSR preferably from the mining company or plantation company
- Male / Female age max 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from faculty of social science / law / communication
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization as well as with people from various levels and villagers
- Good relationship with community, government institution and non government institution (NGO)
- Posses good concepts on community development, community empowerment and local business development program
- Good interpersonal and organizational skill
- To be located in Maluku islands, with rotation schedule
