Curriculum Development Specialist (Code : CDS)
Job Requirements :
- Have 2 years in Curriculum development particularly on technical & managerial competencies (mining industry is an advantage)
- Have 1 year experience in database system administration
- Have 1 year experience in training and development area would be a plus
- Graduate S1 in Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Geology/ Industrial) or in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting
- Able to communicate well with all parties
- Able to develop training curriculum and program curriculum
- Able to manage own time in delivering projects
- Able to develop an effective database system for training & development
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Specialized in developing curriculum for training and development programs as per company’s standard for technical / professional & managerial competencies
- Ensuring training and development programs have curriculum as per standard requirements (template format, content, etc.), with external references
- Reviews all existing curriculum and continue to improve
- Work with related parties to develop document & knowledge management
