Deputy Mining Operation Manager
Requirements :
Have 6 years experience in mining industry
Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
Good understanding about administration support to mine operation such as logistic, finance, and human resource
Hold Posses minimum POP (Pengawas Opersional Pertama) certificate
Male , age max 40 years old
Bachelor degree S1 in mining engineering, geology
Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek
