SAFETY OFFICER - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

  • Have 3 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)
  • Have knowledge in SMK3 standart (HSO)
  • Preferably hold K3 Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
  • Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
  • Hard worker with good interpersonal skills and integrity

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION OFFICER (ICO) - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 4 years experiences in the same position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Good presentation skill, high analytical thinking, & effective communication skill
  • Self starter, works well independently and as part of team
  • Mastering in prepare presentation material

CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CDO) - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 2 years experiences in the same position
  • Strong Business Process Analysis
  • Having experience in KPI Project Implementation
  • Bachelor Degree in Commercial, Finance, Industrial Technology or equivalent.
  • Strong integrity, achievement and service orientation
  • Good presentation skill, high comprehensive analytical thinking, & effective communication skill
  • Self starter, works well independently and as part of team

PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT HEAD (PDH) - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 5 years of solid HR experiences in the same position especially in personnel administration and remuneration area
  • Comprehend in Major Labor Laws of Indonesia (UU Ketenagakerjaan Indonesia)
  • Good understanding of Industrial Relation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • High communication & interpersonal skills with strong teamwork & leadership potential/capability
  • Certificated in Competency Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM) would be an advantage
