Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed evaluation of production opportunities and make coordination in developing plan of well interventions, surveillances, work-over and production optimization activities, in order to achieve oil and gas production target within commercial consideration and budget planned
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 5 years experience in Petroleum or Production Engineering
- Bachelor (or better from Master) degree majoring in Petroleum Engineering
- Able to perform analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Promotes the good teamwork & partnership behavior, open & effective communication
- Capable to work multitasking and in multi-disciplinary team
- Good command in English both written & speaking
- High level technical competencies of:
- 1. Well optimization & stimulation
- 2. Production system performance & optimization
- 3. Wireline & coiled tubing operation
- 4. Artificial Lift (GL & ESP)

- Perform operational and administrative support in the procurement process of goods and services for the assigned department(s) at Jakarta or Gresik which value is up to USD 20,000, in order to ensure its compliance with BP MIGAS and other related regulations as well as support company’s operations run safely, effectively, and efficiently.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Management, Engineering or other related discipline
- Have 5 years related experience in Procurement, preferably in oil & gas industry
- Good command in English; speaking & written
- Good computer standard skill
- Able to perform decision making, problem solving, and able to work in team
- Achievement and strategic oriented
- Advance technical skill:
- 1. Procurement Process & Administration
- 2. Related Government Regulation
