Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring vendor fulfill the PO provision
- Prepare expediting status report and material tracking
- Perform Vendor Qualification Management (VQM) for successful vendor
- Interfacing with other disciplin especially engineering, QC, Construction, Project Control
- Prepare close out report
- Arrange a meeting such as Vendor Regular Meeting, KOM, etc

Qualification:
- Have 5 years experiencing in Purchasing & Expediting in Oil & Gas Project
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Familiar Microsoft office new version
- Analytical ability and problem solving skill
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Prepare expediting plan
- Prepare working budget for overseas affiliate office
- Ensuring the proposed delivery time within the project master schedule
- Review expediting status report, material tracking report
- Review close out report
- Recommended the problem solving/corrective action related to expediting activities as necessary
- Coordinate the activities of Vendor Qualification Management (VQM) for successful vendor
- Establish expediting priority for material and equipment to suit construction sequence
- Follow up LOI/PO and progress status of equipment and material
- Supervise and control all correspondence and vendor report
- Support and control the implementation of quality system to ensure that all activities is under taken with the right procedure
- Prepare the summary of Expediting Report and reported to Project Procurement Manager and other Departement concern
- Interfacing with other disciplin especially Engineering, QC, Construction, Project Control
- Coordinate a meeting such as vendor regular meeting, KOM, etc
