Job Requirements:
Have Marine Certificate of Competency or relevant university degree
Have more 4 years sailing preferably on oil/ chemical tankers or relevant work experience in the Oil and Gas lndustry
Good mechanical skills able to carry out planned maintenance and trouble shooting on equipment like pumps, hydraulic power packs and shipboard machineries
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Develop appropriate response strategies and implement incident Action Plans
Lead a team of Responders in the deployment of equipment at an oil spill site
Provide logistics support to the team during spill response or exercises
SPILL RESPONSE SPECIALIST
(Environmental I Chemical) Based in Indonesia
Job Requirements:
Tertiary education and 3 years experience in your discipline
Working knowledge of Environmental impact studies on aquaculture, mangrove, fishery and coastal ecology
Application of Industrial Hygiene best practices related to oil
These positions are based In Indonesia and Involve regional travelling, sometimes at short notice. Successful candidates will also receive the appropriate training and be included into the 24/7 standby duty rosters thereafter.
Oil Spill Response also provides training and consultancy services to the industry Successful applicants after completing our training program, may have opportunities to join our Training and/ or Consultancy Departments as Trainers or Consultants
We offer competitive pay subject to qualifications and experience and benefits including training educational support and 5-day work week.
