Job Requirements:
- Have 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering, finance or consulting / strategic planning.
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in Investment bank ,oil &gas, EPC, consulting firm, or investment company
- Female, age 33 - 40 years old
- Undergraduate degree required and a MBA is a plus
- Good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- The Senior Strategic Planning Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for research and analysis for Business Development Director. The work product is critical in supporting financial and strategic deliverables for Business Development Director and executive management. Over time the scope of responsibilities will increase to include more project/client management.
- The research work required of this position must be done at a level of competency/accuracy comparable to what is performed at a second/third year analyst level at a top-level Investment bank ,oil & gas, EPC, or investment company or at the level of a second/third year analyst at a top-level consulting firm. This market information is often the foundation upon which our analysis is built Among the duties the Sr. Analyst will be expected to perform will be:
- Perform market/business assessments, competitive analysis and value-chain analysis of industries, industry
- segments, new and emerging technologies and consumer trends.
- Identify appropriate research sources and/or methodologies depending on scope and goals of project.
- Collect relevant data points from primary and secondary research as well as internal, statistical knowledge
- Analyze large, complex data sets to identify key trends and business issues and opportunities.
- Ability to organize large amounts of information in order to help facilitate analysis and overall project
- management.
