PIPING ENGINEER (JAKARTA RAYA)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Has more than 10 years of working experience in piping in the Oil and Gas Industries
  • Has more than 5 years as senior level on the piping design particularly for Offshore related works
  • Having piping constructability experience
  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering - preferable
  • Knowledge and understand of 3D Laser Survey
  • Knowledge and understand of PDMS software, Caesar II and Auto-pipe software

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve any related piping design drawings; other documents such as specifications, data sheet and calculation.
  • Prepare scope of works for bid documents for related piping works.
  • Prepare technical bid evaluation to assist procurement/ contract to nominate vendor
  • Assist construction in fabrication, installation and testing of piping works at fabrication/construction site
  • Assist construction during commissioning at offshore site
  • Sets short and medium term goals for assigned area/s of responsibility, monitors progress of design engineering activity for piping, ensures that objectives are being met on time
  • Applies codes and standards for the project and keep monitor if any changes is required. Keeps field personnel informed of codes and regulations
  • Develop the requirements of 3D lase survey and PDMS for the project to reduce S/D time
  • Conducts routine process evaluations, analysis and or investigations of the project construction, reports and makes recommendations for improvements. Prepare reviews, and or evaluation proposals, reports, calculations and drawings as assigned.

PROCESS ENGINEER (JAKARTA RAYA)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering from a recognised university.
  • Previous engineering experience preferably in the upstream oil and gas industry.
  • Proficiency with engineering design software such as Hysys, Hysys Plant, pipeSim etc.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in engineering documentation development (P&ID’s, datasheets, specifications etc).
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • High pressure gas processing experience desirable.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • The Process Engineer will be a key member of the Premier Oil Engineering group.
  • The engineering team is responsible for ensuring engineering standards and best practises are applied across the business unit in all Premier Oil’s ventures, both operated and non-operated.
  • The role will be involved in the development of project specifications, participating in concept definition, pre-FEED and FEED works, preparing heat and mass balance, flow sheets, design calculations, data sheets, P&ID’s, review of contractor design work, and assistance with field installation & commissioning activities.
  • As well as providing technical assurance to major capital projects, the role will also participate in the Engineering Change Process, ensuring asset integrity is maintained on existing operating assets and will contribute to minor Brownfield enhancement projects.
  • The role may also be involved in site investigations and trouble-shooting activities as requested by the Asset Operations Group.
