PROJECT PLANNER (SCHEDULER) (CODE : PP)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Min Barchelor’s Degree in Civil / Industrial Engineering
  • 4 years of working experience in Preparing Project Schedule
  • Create & Distribute Project Progress Reports
  • Able to Analyze and report productivity and trends.
  • Able to Analyze validity of project schedules
  • Have Knowledge in Primavera Software
  • Must be willing to work in Balikpapan , Bontang, Melak

DEPARTMENT HEAD, MINE PLANNING ENGINEERING (CODE:DHMPE)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Barchelor’s degree in Mining Engineering
  • 8 years experience as Coal Mine Plan Engineer
  • Having experience in Mine Plan Preparation (yearly & quarterly)
  • Have Knowledge in MineScape and Minex software
  • having experience in technical aspect of Coal Mine Business

PROJECT MANAGER LEVEL - 1 (CODE : PM1)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Min Barchelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 15-20 years experience in engineering, construction and project management
  • Min 10 years experience of project management in mining construction operations, engineering and project evaluation
  • Manage and develop, BEK Stage #2 Project feasibility study
  • Experience in capital project management, from USD100-200 Million a plus
  • Must be willing to work in Balikpapan , Bontang, Melak

MINE PLANNING SUPERVISOR (CODE : MP)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Barchelor’s degree in Coal Mining Engineering
  • Experience in regular update database of Coal mine planning
  • Experience in develop 2 years rolling Coal mine plan
  • Able to make report to all concerns and progress in Coal mining aspect
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Coal Mine Plan

PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER (CODE : PCE)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Min Barchelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 5-10 years working experience as project control engineer in Coal Process Plants
  • Understand Cost Reporting & Control, primarily in the mining sector
  • Understand regulatory requirements and industry practices in International markets
  • Able to maintains the Cost Control Systems and man hour estimates for projects
  • Skills in developing policy recommendations and intervention plans
  • Must be willing to work in Balikpapan , Bontang, Melak

PROJECT QA (QC ENGINEER) (CODE : QA / QC)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Min Barchelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Environmental/Health/Safety)
  • Have Experience in Conduct Monthly Progress, Risk Analysis; Earn Value Analysis, Update Cash Flow
  • Experience in Monitor, verify and ensure implementation of Quality Plans in Projects.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in Project Quality
  • Develop Project Quality Plans, Procedures and Objectives including
  • Have Knowledge in Primavera Software
  • Must be willing to work in Balikpapan , Bontang, Melak

PROJECT MANAGER LEVEL - 2 (CODE : PM2)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Barchelor’s degree in Engineering
  • >10 years experience in engineering, design, construction and project management.
  • 5 years experience as construction and project manager
  • Experience in capital project management, USD100>200 million a plus
  • Experience in underground mine design and development;
  • Manage and develop, River Diversions : TCM/BEK, MM & TCM/BEK Haul Road Improvements Projects
  • Must be willing to work in Balikpapan , Bontang, Melak

SENIOR STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL & PIPING ENGINEER (Code : SMPE)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Min Barchelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 10-15 years working experience as structural, mechanical & piping engineer
  • Good understanding of 2D CAD and 3D computer-based plant design application
  • knowledge of a variety of standard engineering methods, technologies and standards, including principles and practices in areas of engineering.
  • Must be willing to work in Balikpapan , Bontang, Melak

CIVIL, STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL & PIPING DRAFTSMAN (CODE : CSMD)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Min Barchelor’s Degree in Civil / Industrial Engineering
  • Min 5-10 years of relevant experience in process plants
  • understanding of the field of mechanical engineering primarily in the mining and metallurgical sector.
  • Able to provide accurate engineering drawings, cost, implement and manage projects.
  • Good understanding of 2D CAD and 3D computer-based plant design
  • Must be willing to work in Balikpapan , Bontang, Melak

PROJECT CONTROL DEPARTMENT HEAD (CODE : PCDH)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Min Barchelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/others), Business Studies
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Project Control Department
  • conversant with the international quality & documentation standardization
  • Have Knowledge in Primavera Software
  • Must be willing to work in Balikpapan , Bontang, Melak

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • For Mine Planning Supervisor must be willing to work in East Kalimantan
  • Excellent communication in English both written & spoken
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
  • Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
