DEPARTMENT HEAD, MINE ENGINEERING - Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 8 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
  • MineScape Software Training
  • Minex Software Training
  • Min Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan., No roster Applied
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • To be in charge for Life OF Mine Plan preparation and update for the proper Economic status, as well as R & R –reserves verification and reporting
  • Ensure performance improvement of Mining Engineer, Training program, evaluate career path, competency profile
  • Provide technical support to all mine. Mainly Mining Engineer, including material handling, mine facilities, civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering
  • Ensure the implementation of various management tools and participate the  company’s training events.
  • To provide support to Business Development in technical aspect
