SENIOR SUPERVISOR MINING - (JOB NO. 868063) – MELAK PROJECT BASED

  • Having 6 years professional experience in large open cut mining operation of which at least two years in production/service supervision/ management role
  • High school graduated or preferred graduate from Mining Engineering; having mining heavy industry experience is essential ; and have "pratama & madya" certification (POP &POM) – mine and energy department is preferred
  • Reporting to mining superintendent , the incumbent has primarily involves coordinating all supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter-burden and coal in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget (cost & production) in an area responsibility, to coach and lead supervision in their roles; to lead, organize, and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance and hse outcomes

SUPERVISOR MINING – (JOB NO. 866847) – MELAK PROJECT BASED
  • High School Graduated; "Pratama" Certification (POP) – Mine and Energy Department – preferred; minimum of 4 years professional experience in large open cut mining operation of which at least 1-2 years in production/service supervision/management role; mining heavy industry experience is essential; able to operate mining equipment; good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; sound decision making skill; willing to work in remote area and long hours work and frequent on call/travel.
  • Reporting to Senior Supervisor Mining, you will responsible to coordinate all Leading hand and all Crew in the workplace of OB stripping, coal mining and reclamation activity to achieve production target with safety condition and safe environment.

ENGINEER QC – CONSTRUCTION (JOB NO. 851755) – JAKARTA BASED
  • Having 3 years work experience in Civil Construction as QC or Inspector and Quality Management Plan or working at construction project and involved at Engineering Dept or involved at Construction process phase
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
  • Responsible to do ensure TMS, construction procedures and documents, and ISO9001:2008 standards compliance across the business and Quality Management Plan implementation. This role requires occasional site visit to support business activities with 70:30 office and field works.
  • Has understood and implemented ISO9001, certified as ISO9001 auditor, competent as QC Inspector and Workplace trainer, capable to create ITP (Inspection Test Plan), has capability on planning and organizing, problem solving, analysis. Computer literacy on Ms. Office & Primavera.

SENIOR SPECIALIST EXPEDITING – CONSTRUCTION (JOB NO. 845430) – JAKARTA BASED
  • Having 5 years experiences in complementing roles such as supply chain in procurement and logistics in Construction Project.
  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Civil Engineering background is advantage.
  • Good knowledge in material specification; customer focus, negotiation and commercial awareness; good understanding in purchasing process.
