SENIOR SUPERVISOR TRAINING MINING OPERATION (JOB NO. 862588)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Have heavy earth moving equipment operator codes; HE Excavator codes; Certificate IV in Workplace Training; POP (Pratama) certificate.
  • Understanding of loading efficiency vs cost effectiveness and production cost; skilled operator of wide range of Excavators in open pit mining; experienced Truck driver in open pit mining an advantage; have knowledge of equipment operation techniques vs maximum equipment availability.
  • Have min. Senior high school with 10 years’ experience in mining environment.
  • Will require to focus on improving and standardizing the Excavator operator, loading point supervision and circuit efficiency across the sites.
  • You should ready travel to site.

SUPERVISOR TRAINING MINING OPERATION (JOB NO. 863519)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have min. Senior high school with 10 years’ experience in mining environment.
  • You should have heavy earth moving equipment operator codes; HE Truck & Dozer codes; Certificate IV in Workplace Training; POP (Pratama) certificate.
  • You should understanding of need for timely loading, transport and dumping in relation to cost effective production; skilled driver in a wide range of dump truck types in open pit mining; skilled operator in a wide dozer types in a mining environment; experienced in supervision/leadership in mining operational circuits.
  • Will require to focus on improving and standardizing the Dozer operator & Dump Truck Driver, loading point supervision and circuit efficiency across the sites.
  • You should ready travel to site.

SENIOR SUPERVISOR INVENTORY CONTROL (JOB NO. 873884) – BALIKPAPAN BASED
Qualification & Experience:
  • Management, Industrial Engineering Degree with 10 years’ experience as supervisor or senior role in warehouse and distribution, Logistic Operations, Inventory Control.
  • You should have skill in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Logistic Management, JDE Inventory Management System & Master in Spread Sheet Application.
  • You will lead and managing Inventory control section to ensure stock availability and accuracy in all site warehouse.
  • Reduce dead stock and monitoring slow moving stock; acceptable Inventory Turn Over as per target; preventive actions for uncertain demand & Lead Time.

SPECIALIST TRAINING RIGGING/SCAFFOLDING (JOB NO. 823101) – BALIKPAPAN BASED
Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum Senior high school
  • Minimum of 3 years’ industrial experience in construction industries and minimum of 1 year experience in Training or previous Supervisory experience required
  • Experienced to delivery & deliver of skills training in the areas of Rigging /Scaffolding, lifting equipment Skills.

DRAFTER (JOB NO. 873574)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Min. Bachelor degree engineering or Civil and structural, design, construction and fabrication discipline
  • Experience in Design and draft for Structural, Piping, heavy equipment let Bucket, Dump body, blade skin, or welding fabrication discipline
  • Experience in welding fabrication workshop design.

ENGINEER PLANT (JOB NO. 872244)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Min. Bachelor degree Mechanical or Industrial Degree with analytical skills/experience
  • Extensive maintenance engineering experiences
  • Minimum 3 year experiences in similar role.

General Qualification:
  • Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
  • Highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and fast adapt.
  • Good skill in computer, good in planning & organizing job.
