ROPE ACCESS – WELDER - Across Singapore
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 1 years experience in similar role within the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Working at height in derrick structures and below drill floor
  • Welder Qualification Testing to appropriate piping/structural test requirements as specified in controlling project codes e.g. AWS D1.1; ASME IX. BS4870 etc
  • Company Inductions
  • Abrasive Wheels
  • Manual Handling
  • Welder certifications updated yearly approved by ABS or Lloyds
  • Must demonstrate a responsible attitude towards safety and quality
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Must be wiling to travel to other countries on project basis
  • Previous two years within the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Educated to GCSE standard
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Offshore Derrick/Rig construction and maintenance
  • Demonstrate competency working with relevant welding equipment
  • Understand and work to Method Statement
