Qualification & Experience:
- Having 4 years relevant working experience in Subsea/Marine industry/Offshore Construction industry.
- Working knowledge of Safety and Environmental regulations and Total Quality Management skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/QA Engineering or equivalent.
- Certified Internal Quality/Lead Auditor with certifications in CSWIP and CWI (Certified Welding Inspector).
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work fast under pressure, mature and proactive.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Monitor implementation of Subcontractor Quality Programmes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering contract quality requirements.
- Review supplier’s control documents, quality procedures, test & inspection reports, manuals and etc.
- Follow up on non-conformance issues as well as complaints and take necessary actions to rectify the problems.
- Support QA/QC Manager in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities on day-to-day basis in compliance with established Corporate and Project policies, procedures and instructions.
- Assists in managing ISO quality management systems.
- Support implementation of QA, QC system in accordance to Company’s objectives and standards.
- Conducts training for employees with regards to ISO compliance and implementation.
- Work with Project Management Team to develop, approve, implement and monitor quality.
- Review inspection requirements for project material requisition and associated purchase or orders and invitations to tender and associated subcontracts.
- Perform regular process audit on critical processes and follow-ups on audit findings.
- Undertake any other ad hoc projects/duties assigned
