Qualification & Experience:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Competent supervisory skills.
- Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
- Advanced technical writing skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong skills in computer database operations (Microsoft Access, Q Pulse).
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels

FISHING SUPERVISOR Bogor (Jawa Barat)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 Years working experience as a Drilling Engineer / Fishing Engineer working on Rig Floor
- Experience in Understanding Bore Hole Geometry and conditions to decide appropriate Fishing Tools
- Must have worked on Side Tracking of wells
- Must have experience on High Angle Wells
- Education Min. STM (Mechanical)
- Supervise and Plan Whipstock, Fishing and Window Milling Services
- Graduate or High School with Down hole experience able to run the Hydraulics to run the Job
- Personal Qualities
- Essential :
- Mechanical aptitude
- Computer knowledge
- Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers
- Prior fishing tool training
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
