PRINCIPAL PIPING LAYOUT ENGINEERS - Jawa Tengah - Jakarta / Cilacap
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 15 years relevant experience in petroleum refineries, petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical plants’ layouts, stress analysis, piping material specifications and requisition preparation
- Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
- Familiar with PC-based design software such as PDS/Caesar II
LEAD / START-UP ENGINEER Cilacap (Jawa Tengah, Indonesia), Jakarta Raya (Indonesia)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years experience in gas processing plants, and utilities facilities project.
- Has experience as Process Engineer especially RFCC Plant and UOP’s License Process unit including for major Process Equipment such as: Reactor/Regenerator, Catalist Coller, Large Column, CO Boiler.
- Has experience in design and engineering for major Process Plant
- Has experience as Start Up Engineer for RFCC Plant
- Min. Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering.
- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognised Codes and Standards such as
- American Petroleum Institute (API),
- American National Standards Institute (ANSI),
- American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME),
- Has experience conduct training, prepare manual, procedure for Start Up Plant.
- Has experience in HSE Management System.
- Has a proven ability to perform Start Up Plant in Process System with a high level of quality.
- Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
- Had maintained effective relationship with Owner and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with scheduled requirements.
- Has ability in quality management and schedule and man-hour control of the Start Up work.
- Proficient in communication and writing in English.
