Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 15 years of advanced experience in Oil & Gas Industry with Minimum 5 years as production Manager
  • Experience in planning, operating and controlling field production facilities and production support
  • Results oriented
  • Male, age max 50 years old
  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas, Mining/Mineral, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil) or equivalent from reputable university
  • Good knowledge in HSE and Environment policy and also Committed to the highest safety and environmental standards also others government regulations
  • Experienced in managing, developed and controlling subordinates
  • Good personality, strong leadership at all levels, analytical & conceptual thinking, integrity, self motivated and ability to solve conflict
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work within flexible hours
  • Willing to relocated in Musi Rawas – South Sumatera

RESERVOIR ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 10 years experience in similar position
  • Advanced experience with the application of traditional and non-traditional reservoir engineering techniques and other aspects of reservoir engineering
  • Maximum of age 45 years old
  • Bachelor s Degree in Petroleum or related field from reputable university

PRODUCTION OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 10 years of advanced experience in Oil & Gas Industry with Minimum 5 years in supervisory level
  • Experience in planning, directing and controlling production operation oil & gas, production process, well service, well completion, work over and oil & gas transportation
  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Geology, Mining/Mineral)
  • Maximum of age 45 years old
  • Good knowledge in HSE and Environment policy and also Committed to the highest safety and environmental standards

FACILITIES ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 5 years experience in similar position
  • Experience for supporting design, planning, specification, and construction support for production facilities in conventional and unconventional developments
  • Good knowledge in HSE and Environment policy
  • Male, age max 45 years old
  • Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical engineering, Petroleum or related field from reputable university
  • Finance & Accounting Supervisor
  • Male / Female
  • Maximum of age 45 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting
  • Minimum 7 years experience oil & gas industry

SUPPORT ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a preferred
  • Excellent team player or individual
  • Male, age max 30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university, IPK Min. 3.00
  • Good personality
  • Able to work within flexible hours
  • Willing to relocated in Lubuk Linggau

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
  • Highly Experience in Oil & Gas Industry such as engineering design, construction, installation, inspection, start up, test and commissioning
  • Male Age between 30-40 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
  • Hard working, punctual, discipline

FINANCE ANALYST
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 3 years of experience
  • Having experience in handling Budget & Financial report
  • Must fully versed in BP migas regulations, VAT and all tax matters
  • Male / female age max 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent from reputable university
  • Responsible, honest, independent, discipline, can work under pressure, fast leaner, flexible
  • Highly self motivated and strong analytical skill
  • Able to develop and maintain financial models, business analysis, accurate financial strategy
  • Independent and also can work in a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work within flexible hours

SUBSURFACE ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 10 years of experience in similar position
  • Advanced knowledge of E&P data types such as Well, Seismic, Reservoir engineering and Production
  • Male age max 45 years
  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Geology, Geophysicist, Petroleum or related field from reputable university
  • Expertise in managing the subsurface data management strategy, plans, development and recommendation
  • Experienced in managing contract and budgets
  • Proficiency in related IT / Software

SECRETARY
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 3 years experience as department secretary
  • Female, age max 35 years
  • Bachelor degree in Secretary preferable from Tarakanita or Saint Mary

General Requirement:
  • Hard working, punctual, discipline
  • Good personality, mature, attractive and good appearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are a must
