ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 7 years experience as senior engineer or similar roles in mining engineering projects
  • Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning
  • Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, drilling and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
  • Bachelor degree in mining engineering
  • Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian
  • Preferably hold a “POM / POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
  • Ready worked in remote area

MINE PLANNING ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 3 years experience in Mine Planning
  • Capability to operating Minescape (open cut), Xpac or Surpac software
  • Good knowledge in Basic Mining Practice
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine
  • Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
  • Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
  • Good communication skills, written – verbal, in English
  • Ready worked in remote area

GEOLOGICAL DATA ANALYST (Jakarta based)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Geologist with minimum 3 years experience in coal mining exploration, engineering and consulting
  • Knowledge in mapping, drilling and sampling SOP particularly for JORC reporting
  • Understand geological interpretation principle.
  • Bachelor Degree in Geology
  • Excellent use of Mine Scape Stratmodel.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.

MINING FOREMAN
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 2-3 year experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity
  • Senior High school degree
  • Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Ready worked in remote area

FOREMAN TRAINER / INSTRUCTURE
Qualification & Experience:
  • Previous experience in similar role minimum 4 years.
  • Familiar with training delivery equipment (all around HE equipment)
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Bahasa.
  • Team work, works effectively with others and relates to colleagues and trainees
  • Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
  • Computer literacy is preferred
  • Ready worked in remote area

DRAFTER MECHANICAL/PIPING
Qualification & Experience:
  • Associate degree in mechanical engineering
  • Having experienced 2 years in Mechanical/piping design & drafting
  • Advance using Autocad
  • Familiar with Mechanical piping detail drawing (Fabrication dwg, Isometric, Spool etc)
  • Familiar with ANSI/ASME B16 series code
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office product

DRAFTER CIVIL/STRUCTURE
Qualification & Experience:
  • Associate degree in civil engineering
  • Having experienced 2 years in civil/structural,
  • Advance using Autocad
  • Familiar with structural construction detail drawing
  • Familiar with common structural properties (AISC or local)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office product
