Mining Job Vacancy in a mining contractors company to support and developing quarry mine project in Bangka Belitung,   PT.Omega Mining Services Currently we are looking for a professional to build a career with us. Applicants are invited for the following position:

HARD ROCK/QUARRYING MININGSUPERINTENDENT (MK-MS)
Qualification & Experience:

• Have the POP certification and other related work licenses
• Min. Diploma degree
• Able to implement HSE system
• Monitor and supervise hard rock quarrying processes (land clearing, drill & blast, overburden removal and hauling).

HARD ROCK/QUARRYING MINING SUPERVISOR (MK-MV)
Qualification & Experience:

• Have the POP certification and other related work licenses
• Able to operate supporting system and understand related rules and regulations.
• Min. Diploma degree or Senior High School with extensive experience
• Able to supervise the quarrying operation process

HARD ROCK/QUARRYING MINING FOREMAN (MK-FR)
Qualification & Experience:

• Min. Senior High School with extensive experience
• Familiar with heavy equipment
• Able to monitor the mining operation process

QUARRY MANAGER (MK-QM)
Qualification & Experience:

• Min. Diploma degree with related experience
• Able to manage plant operational production and mining (hard rock)
• Understand about HSE Management system
• Certified POM (PengawasOperasionalMadya)

ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (MK-ES)
Qualification & Experience:

• Have POP certification
• Understand short-term quarry planning and scheduling, quarry design, and benching and haul road layout.
• Min. Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil / Geology
• Able to operate minescape mining software.

CRUSHING PLANT SUPERINTENDENT (MK-CP)
Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Mining, Mineral Processing, Mech. Engineering with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position.
• Strong ability in crushing plant management, stockpile management, spare parts planning and control, process optimization, crusher and screening operations.
• Strong leadership, hardworking and proactive

HSE SUPERINTENDENT (MK-HS)
Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in handling QMS ISO 9001:2008, EMS ISO 14001:2004 and OSHMS OHSAS 18001:2007 (SGS)
• Certified Ahli K3 Umum (Depnaker RI)
• Min. Bachelor degree

HAULAGE SUPERVISOR (MK-HL)
Qualification & Experience:

• Min. Diploma degree, or Senior High School with extensive experiences
• Have the knowledge and skills related with heavy equipment and spare part management, inventory management, catalogue management, warehouse management, and expedition management

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION SUPERINTENDENT (MK-PA)
Qualification & Experience:

• Able to run Human Resources system (Industrial Relation, recruitment process, payroll, etc) and General Affair function (permission, accommodation, transportation, etc) in project site, also to run project’s financial management.
• Min. Diploma degree with extensive experiences

ADMIN FOREMAN (MK-AF)
Qualification & Experience:

• Min. Senior High School with extensive experience
• Familiar with heavy equipment

General qualifications for all above positions are:

• Having 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Honest, discipline, highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and good adaptability
• Strong leadership skill
• Good communication skill (verbal & written) in English
