HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY & ENVIRONMENT ADVISOR (HSSEA)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 7 years experience with international Oil & Gas operators, preferable with drilling, production, construction experience;
  • Preferable a relevant degree, BSc In Engineering and/or MSc; Internationally recognized HSE qualification such as the UKs NEBOSH or international University Diploma;
  • Good knowledge of current Indonesian regulations and Oil & Gas industry. Best practice;
  • Computer literate, including MS Office & excellent fluent in Bahasa and English both spoken and written;
  • Good presentation & communications skills as well as ability to interface with MIGAS & BP MIGAS also other Governmental Agencies;

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to HSE Manager, this position will be responsible to advise, review & monitor with the development and implementation of alt relevant Legislation, regulations approved codes of practice and best practice guidance.
  • The position wilt based in Jakarta Indonesia, with frequent visits to sites.
  • Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Indonesian Legislation Compliance, and strive toward best practice standards;
  • Support Implementation of 2012 HSE plan;
  • Ensure that HSSE Project requirements (Production, Drilling, Construction, Seismic) are implemented as per the companies HSSE philosophy
  • Support Operations Contracts departments, re pre-qualification tender bids;
  • Deliver HSE training in office or site as and when required:
  • Various site audits I Inspections according to ongoing requirements;
  • Support hazard identification processes through involvement in Risk Assessment / JHA for high risk arid significant new activities;
  • Support Management requests in a timely professional response;
  • Take part in and lead accident incident investigations as and when necessary;
