FIELD SUPERINTENDENT (NATIONAL)
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 10 years experience in Oil and Gas industry
- Extensive experience of upstream operations with significant experience in a supervisory capacity
- Understanding and experience of production engineering
- Experience of supervising a multidisciplinary & multicultural workforce in a remote location
- Willing to work in the Field Lhoksukon-Aceh with rotation schedule 25/25
- Good Managerial, communication, Leadership skill, and also good in decision making
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Petroleum/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 40 years old
- Excellent spoken and written English preferable
- Very good understanding of best gas field procedures and practices
- Understand in company & government of Indonesia procurement policy & regulation knowledge
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all field activities to meet standard operation in oil and gas industry
- Ensuring all operational data is accurately and promptly reported to the department Manager
- Ensuring that all requirements, deadlines, and support services for Operations, Construction, Maintenance and Materials are met and carried out by field personnel
- Manage work schedule for operation needs
- To ensure that the company’s production targets and forecasts are safely achieved, and the operations are within budget
- Involve on AFE, WP&B for operation cost
- Liaison with other field supporting departments
- Act as the focal point of liaison between corporate office and the field to ensure all operational requirements are met and carried out safely, promptly and economically.
- Promote and implement Health, Safety & Environmental policies and ensure adherence
- Determine the cause and appropriate corrective actions for near misses and accidents
- Evaluate operations and ensure staffs are given necessary training, supplies and support
