Qualification & Experience:
- Has 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the compliancy of TOTAL activities in INDONESIA to respect in law and regulation, perform gap analysis, and risk assessment
- Review applicability or requirements
- Perform initial risk assessment of the applicable regulation impacting TI
- Liaise with entities for compliance assessment status (& its update)
- Crosscheck the action plan (task) made by “requirement owner & task owner” was sufficient & applicable enough to answer the permit / regulation requirement
- Monitor the progress of action plan in timely basis & remind the entities related, through the appointed ‘discipline correspondent’
- Perform internal audit with other relevant entities to ensure the requirement in the permit are followed properly
- Gap analysis between affiliate referential vs government regulation
