GEOLOGIST
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 1 years experience with mining company
  • Knowledgeable and capable of using geological software
  • Preferably Master Mining Software (AutoCAD ia a minimum requirement)
  • Male / Female max.40 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering
  • Computer literate in using MS Office and Internet
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Responsible for conducting the planning, implementation and mapping activities of the mine as well as drilling and geological analysis

METALURGI
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 1-2 years in gained in production metallurgical role within the resource sector
  • Tertiary qualifications in either Metallurgy or Mineral Processing
  • Experience in Gold Processing is preferred
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards within the mineral processing industry
  • Male / Female max.35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering
  • Good verbal and written English language skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet

ELECTRICAL MINING ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Experience in electrical works for mining company is preferred
  • Ability to function in selecting electrical equipments
  • Male or Female
  • Min. Bachelor degree from electrical engineering major
  • Computer literate in using MS office & Internet
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

GENERAL MANAGER OPERASIONAL
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 10 years managerial experience in Mining company
  • Male, max. 45 years old
  • Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university in Mining engineering
  • Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Have good knowledge of software mining programs
  • In depth mine planning ; mining activities flow ; basic geology ; basic survey ; basic HSE ; financial management, certified as KTT, having certificate POP, POU, and POM

KTT
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 10 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level.
  • Posses KTT/POU certificate
  • Male, max.45 years old
  • Bachelor degree (S1) from faculty of mining engineer/geology
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Knowledgeable and capable of using geological software
  • Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target
  • Manage and control all civil work, construction and land compensation
  • Create Good Mining Practice
  • Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
  • Able to make project budget preparation and control

SITE MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 5 years experience in mining operation project
  • A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree mining engineer
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
  • Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation
  • Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.

EXPLORATION MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 10 years experience in geology at mining industry
  • Male, max. 35 years old
  • Bachelor or Master in Geology
  • Strong familiarity with geology software
  • Exposure to mine operations and technologies
  • Exposure to exploration program design and management
  • Fluent in English both oral & written

LAB SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:
  • Experience about 7-10 years, minimun 5 years from laboratory in mining industry
  • Having basic knowledge and know how to operate with lab equipment
  • Male / Female, max. 35 years old
  • Essential qualification Bachelor Degree in chemistry / quality control / metallurgy
  • Fluent in English both oral & written

HEAD OF SMELTER PROJECT
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 5 years experience in mining industry as smelter
  • Having basic knowledge and strong familiarity with smeltig process
  • Male, max. 45 years old
  • Essential qualification Bachelor Degree or Master in mining engineering/geology
  • Engaged in mine planning, feasibility studies, preliminary design, construction design, project implementation of the program and mine geological environment governance
  • Fluent in English both oral & written

SECRETARY
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 2 years relevant experience in a similar secretarial role with working experience in Mining Industry is preffered
  • Good knowledge of mining industry an added advantage
  • Min. Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Admin or equivalent
  • Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin language is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) is highly preferred
  • Pleasant personalities, mature, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
