MINE ENGINEER HEAD
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 7 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.
  • Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
  • Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Sur pac, Map info, Auto cad.
  • Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
  • Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
  • Good communication skill: written & Verbal.
  • Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
  • Willing to travel or be located at Aceh, Kalimantan area, or Obi island, South Halmahera

  • Having 10 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.

  • Bachelor degree in mining engineer.

  • A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
  • Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
  • Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
  • Strong commitment to safety.
  • Willing to be located at Aceh, Kalimantan area, or Obi island, South Halmahera

SITE MANAGER FOR COAL AND MINERAL MINING
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 10 years experiences in coal and mineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore, bauxite, etc).
  • A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
  • Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 6 years industrial experience in coal and mineral mining operation.
  • Bachelor degree Mechanical or Senior technical school.
  • Recognized mechanical engineering qualifications.
  • Good communications skills written-verbal, Computer literacy.
  • Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera.

HSE SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 5 years experiences in similar roles in coal & mineral mining operation project.
  • Good understating about OHS legislation, coal & mineral safety.
  • Certified AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable.
  • Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate.
  • Min Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able working under pressure.
  • Able working without supervision.
  • Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera

SURVEYOR
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having minimum within 2 years experience in coal & mineral mining.
  • Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
  • Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
  • Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera

MINING FOREMAN
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 3-4 years experience in coal and mineral operation project.
  • Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity.
  • Min. Senior High school/STM Tambang, D3 Mining.
  • Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment.
  • Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera

GEOLOGIST (SENIOR/JUNIOR)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 5 years experience in long-term geological modeling, geological technical services, and operation supports (Senior), Min. 2 years experience as Geologist (Junior)
  • Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
  • Bachelor Degree S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
  • Good communication in both written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
  • Computer literate, particularly Mapinfo /ArcGIS
  • Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
  • Willing to be located remote area

HRD & GA OFFICER (RECRUITMENT PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 3 - 5 years experiences in recruitment and staffing, especially in mining industry.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology, preferably Psychologist profession.
  • Good command in English, both verbal and written.
  • Deep knowledge in company s / mining business process.
  • Good in analytical and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel to all sites time to time.
