- Have experiencein running training min 1 year
- Female,aged 22-25 years
- Bachelor Degree S1Psychology Min GPA 2.75
- Capable of usingms office (word, excel, power point and outlook)
- Hard worker, Agile & Neat
- Good Looking
- Capable of doing documents filling
- Good Responsibility
- Able to work under pressure
- Abilityspeak English (Active & Passive )
Responsibilities:
- Canbe a facilitator training (bring a training)
- Make areport on training
- Maketraining evaluation and feedback training
- Responsiveand able to work quickly
- Canwork under pressure
- Firmlyin the implementation of training exam
- Follow-up trainers and preparing training needs
- Make apersonal assessment report (personal report) for each participant training
- Understand thetraining need analysis (TNA)
