Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree S1 degree from any disciplines, technical/engineering/science background is preferred. Master degree in Human Resources Management or Mathematics would be an advantage.
  • Belong to the top 5% in the faculty
  • Have a strong commitment to excellence and great passion for success

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

SYSTEM PROCEDURE SPECIALIST - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 3 years experience as System Procedure Supervisor preferably from mining industries
  • Have a deep knowledge in developing system procedure, business process mapping, and ISO
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Able to establish new policy and procedures regarding to the core business development, review, and evaluate implementation of policy & procedure in order to comply with ISO 9001:2000 requirements
  • Have a strong analytical skill, good leadership, and team work oriented
