SPECIALIST ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT (811307)
Qualification & Experience:
- Human Resources, Management or Psychology degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a training and/or HR Generalist role. Experience on a mining or construction site will be an advantage.
- Experience to analysis & development of the employee competency profiles, development of supervisory training, analyzing training needs and development of training matrix and training calendar.
TRAINING OFFICER MINING OPERATION (811490)
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Senior High School with 4 year experiences within the mining industry as heavy equipment operator.
- Have knowledge in training & development.
- Have skill and knowledge in Heavy earth moving equipment operator codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader; Highway truck codes.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & POP (Pratama) certificate.
- Able to Influence/motivate; Coaching/mentoring skill; present arguments, facts and instructions in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.
ICT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (810970)
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma from relevant Engineering degree (Informatics, Electro) with experiences minimum of 2 years experience in similar role and LAN and WAN System.
- Have skill technical support or network analyst activation
- Able to lead; organize; supportive; communicative; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
