SENIOR DRILLING ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 10 – 15 years experiences within an operator environment.
- To prepare drilling program, well designs, budgeting, materials and services specifications within established budget and Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) including but not limited to drilling operation procedures, planning and optimization.
- To lead the drilling planning, its execution and final close out of the drilling program for all types of drilling operations, whether onshore or offshore, exploration or development.
- To provide drilling technical expertise focused on improving drilling performance and cost.
- All aspects of well planning together with providing technical/engineering and operations support to the drilling operations, including drilling project management, implementation of new technologies, innovate work practices and cost saving initiatives.
- To monitor and support daily drilling activities to meet drilling objectives.
- To specify technically all requirements related to the tender of drilling operation as per government / BPMIGAS regulations, such as drilling chemicals and materials, drilling equipment, drilling rig and its associated services.
- To manage drilling materials inventory and logistics movement of materials from/to warehouse to/from rig site.
- To prepare Well Completion Chart and all drilling related reports to PERTAMINA EP/ BPMIGAS and other external parties, as required.
- To supervise the preparation of drilling environmental planning assessment (UKL-UPL) and to ensure drilling Emergency Response Procedure is thoroughly prepared.
- Experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- An effective team player and an effective communicator.
- Highly motivated with a drive to achieve and assist others.
