SENIOR ENGINEER – GEOTECHNICAL - Kalimantan Timur - Sangatta
Qualification & Experience :
- Having 3 years experience in an open pit operation.
- Good understanding of Slope Stability Analysis and geotechnical software.
- Good understanding of geotechnical monitoring methods.
- Good understanding of geotechnical investigation and stability analysis.
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Geology/ Civil/ Mining Engineering
- Good presentation skills.
- Understand survey & Geology.
- Knowledge of Geotechnical issues and laboratory test methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Oral & Written) in both Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Computer literate in Windows (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Microsoft Project.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Geotechnical Superintendent to ensure clear articulation of geotechnical objectives and goals
- Ensure the capture and management of all geotechnical information and geotechnical activities associated with development and production
- Geotechnical inspection and monitoring of operation activity
- You will ensure and be responsible for the geotechnical rock mass characterization, rock mass classification, rock mass strength, and ground monitoring instrumentation databases
- Ensure the incorporation of continuous improvement processes for the work undertaken by self and others with aim to improve the business
- Effective communication within the geotechnical project team and to internal and external clients
- Have a proactive approach to your work with demonstrated experience in solving mining and geotechnical issues. As a strong communicator and influencer you will have the ability to work effectively at all levels of the business and will be adept in problem solving covering complex technical problems
- Ensure that geotechnical team comply the safety standards for all activities
