MARINE SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3 years experience in managing marine operation particularly vessels operations in offshore oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge on performance standard of vessel for safe and efficient of vessel operation
- Engineering with preference Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture Engineering or Captain
- Familiar with fuel usage and distribution control in vessel operation
- Familiar with procurement and contract matters for chartered vessels in PSC under PTK007 and other prevailing regulations.
- Good communication in English both active and in writing
PROD.OPS TRAINING & COMPETENCY COORDINATOR
Qualification & Experience:
- Strong experience in Competency Management within Oil & Gas operations.
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university; Master degree is advantegous
- Strong leaderskip skills is desirable
LEARNING SPECIALIST
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Management with 5 years of experience in similar field. Equivalent years of experience may substitute for education with proper approvals.
- Required skill: Assessing, evaluating the organization needs
- Preferred skill: Training, development plan, consultation
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Project planning and project management skills; Flexible - ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities or work environments
