PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited Engineering School with at least 2-3 years of industry experience.
  • Must have strong analytical skills. able to solve highly analytical problems with minimal supervision.
  • Must be self-directed and capable of managing multiple tasks. The position requires the individual to have excellent.
  • Interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Technically competent in Production Engineering, but must also have some limited knowledge of subsurface functions (geology and reservoir engineering).
  • The position also requires that the candidate possesses basic business knowledge and a good understanding of petroleum economics.
  • Previous exposure to drilling and facility engineering is preferred, as well as field operations support.

CRANE & LIFTING ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 7 years experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably with crane and lifting activities.
  • Have a sound understanding of crane and lifting at field operations.
  • Understand operating constraints and able to manage them to deliver goals/ objectives.
  • Safety – a safety-minded person who believes that a good plan leads to a safe and efficient execution.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Reasonable risk management skills.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.

SUPERVISOR WELL SERVICE
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 2 years Experienced on Well Service Engineering and previous experience in the slick line and well service operations Hold a valid IWCF well control certificate.
  • Familiarity with well service and completion equipment, including, ut not limited to wellheads, tubular, and completion equipment.
  • Engineering Degree.
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability regarding personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to create an environment which fosters.
  • Innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Individual that is willing to accept risks and aggressively pursue continuous improvement.
  • Provide strong support to the Best Practices Engineer on the job site.

WELL SERVICE OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Engineering Degree with at least 10 years prior experience in completion engineering and well service operations.
  • Special Skills, Training, & Certifications
  • Must hold a valid IWCF well control certificate for well intervention for supervisor level.Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies
  • Self-starter requiring little to no direct guidance.
  • Familiarity with well service and completion equipment, including, but not limited to wellheads, tubular, and completion equipment.
  • Uncompromising adherence to company core values.
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability regarding personnel.
  • Capable of working with others in a diverse environment to accomplish team goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to create an environment which fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Individual that is willing to accept risks and aggressively pursue continuous improvement.
  • Provide strong support to the Best Practices Engineer on the job.
