GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - MINING ENGINEERING
Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree S1 in Engineering Mining/Mineral
  • Age max 25 years (for S1) or 28 years (for S2) of age in the year of admittance.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade  scale (for S1) or 3.25 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S2)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sangatta.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Placement : Kalimantan Timur - Sangatta

COORDINATOR MINOR CONTRACT - MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 3 years working experience in same position
  • Understand contract management system is advantages
  • Understand how to develop contract, maintain contract KPI and how to monitor contract
  • S1 Graduate from Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
  • Analytical, problem solving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
  • Understanding of computerised maintenance and warehousing systems.
  • Planning, backlog, and scheduling skills and experience.
  • Leadership skills to direct and motivate the team.
  • Detailed knowledge of KPCpolicies, procedures and regulations impacting Mine Maintenance
  • Placement : Kalimantan Timur - Sangatta

SUPERVISOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 3 years experience in related field.
  • Trained in the fields of communications, public relations, effective writings and problem solving.
  • Have knowledge in laws concerning government prevailing regulations and law.
  • Well- understood on local culture and norms.
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in public communication degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, to be able to prepare communicative and comprehensive reports on related issues & matters.
  • Proactive, discipline, hospitable, friendly, loyal and highly dedicated.
  • Carry out specific tasks and work being assigned by Superintendent and Manager.
  • Placement : Kalimantan Timur - Sangatta

SUPERVISOR - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Qualification & Experience:
  • Knowledge of filing system, database system, and general contractual issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Good planning and organizing skill and good manpower management and supervision as required.
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in any related discipline with at least 3 years experience or Diploma with at least 5 years experience.
  • Computer literacy including knowledge in Advance Contract Administration system.
  • Sound knowledge of natures of contracts and contract drafting.
  • Knowledge of Ellipse System (not essential).
  • Placement : Kalimantan Timur - Sangatta
