SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR - Jakarta Office
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 5 years experience in a similar position in Construction , Mining / Oil & Gas Industry
- Familiar with Prepare Man Power Planning and establish headcount figure of site to support the business with sufficient number of manpower, conduct recruitment process for local candidate from the new personnel request process, local job advertisement, shortlist applications, and test.
- Min Diploma D3 Degree anymajor
- Familiar with expatriate formalities such as arrangement for the RPTKA, Work Permit, KITAS, MREP, etc.
- Familiar with the company certificate and licences arrangement such as Ijin Domicilie, Gapenri, SKT Migas, etc.
- Familiar with other HR field such as training, industrial relation, etc.
- Good communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
- Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude.
