GEOLOGIST
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years experiences in industrial minerals exploration (Galena/Nikel)
- Posses tertiary education in major geology sciences, geology engineering
- Posses the skills of field mapping, sampling, drill target generation, resources estimation and evaluation.
- Posses skills in mining operation and mine planning (short and long range) included pit design, scheduling, grade control quality control mine, and mine disposal (for Mine Engineer รข€“ Mine geologist).
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
- Team player but also competent and self motivated to work alone
- Strong knowledge of the commercial minerals industry and related industry would be a distinct advantage.
- Frequent travelers as extensive work within country prospects, quarries and processing plants is a core of the role.
- Good negotiation and presentation skill including the confidence to deal with external individual organization of the public professional and positive manner.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 7 years experience including 10 years managerial experience in Mining Company (especially in alluvial mine)
- Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering
- Preferably male, 3540 years old and will be placed at remote area
- Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written )
- Have good knowledge of software mining programs especially Surpac, Autocad, MS Office, etc
- In depth mine planning; mining activities flow; basic geology; basic survey; basic HSE financial management, certified as KTT, having certificate POP, POU & POM
- Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team
Responsibilities:
- Prepare mid to long term mining operational strategy and plan (e.g. ore production, quality, and cost target);
- Review short term mining operational strategy and plan;
- Lead, direct and control its implementation within all operation sites;
- Manage and control mining operations as executed by mining contractors, (i.e. operation issues and improvement actions);
- Lead, direct, and control all initiatives concerning operational safety and environmental sustainability (K3 & Enviro)
- Submit relevant plan information to External Affairs & Community Development function for government regular report development (e.g. RKAB & RKTTL)
- Present RKAB report to government
- Represent company, provide information, evidence, and clarification in managing sites operation issues to government (e.g. to Kepala Inspeksi Tambang, ESDM, etc);
- Provide updated information related with mining regulations; Provide advice and recommendation for BOD, related with mining business operations which comply with mining regulations
