CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Qualification & Experience:

  • Have 15 years experience in the field of mining and 8 years at the level of Manager
  • Having strong leadership and skills to analyze
  • Can communicate well and have the interpersonal skills
  • Male max 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Mining / Geology
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Having extensive experience with multinational companies
  • Willing to be placed in the Region of Kalimantan Barat & Kalimantan Tengah
  •  
Responsibilities:
  • Leading and directing the company's productivity to achieve the target by consistently applying good corporate governance.
  • Guiding every effort to ensure the efficiency of company operations
  • Ensure that all business processes and activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Partnering with the Board of Directors in formulating the vision, mission and corporate strategy alignment also ensure its implementation.
  • Creating a Corporate Structure
  • Setting operational targets
  • Observe and evaluate the execution of the project and perform the necessary action
  • Grant approval for planning the project budget according to company policies and procedures
  • Identify project risks and assessing the risk analysis
  • Developing subordinates productivity and competence
  • Provide a replacement in the role of overseeing
