HR SUPERINTENDENT I MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:

  • Have 7 years experience in Mining Company
  • Knowledge in manpower regulation related to mining industry
  • Knowledge in Legal related to Personnel Contract or Industrial issues (preferred)
  • Ms Office (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Experience in using HR Database System
  • Good communication in English
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and also be able to work unsupervised
  • Self motivated and enthusiastic
  • Good time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work to deadlines
  • Creative & Team player

SENIOR MINE (PLAN) ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 5-10 years working on open pit hard rock gold projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mine engineering teams
  • Competent with Micromine or Surpac mine design and mine planning software.
  • Competent with Whittle or other optimization software.
  • High level of competence using standard MS software
  • High level of competence in report writing in English.
  • Able to speak Indonesian and English

CAMP &CATERING SUPERVISOR / SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 5 years experienced in same field for
  • Min Diploma Degree D3 or Bachelor Degree S1 in related
  • Good communication and leadership skill
  • Willing to work on high-pressure and tight schedule
  • Basic computer and internet skill (office applications, email)
  • Fluent in English for both oral and written
  • Willing work at mine’s site

MINING SUPERVISOR / SUPERINTENDANT
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 5-10 years experiences in a similar role Spoke English Fluently Sound Knowledge about construction of mining structures while emphasising on safety regulations
  • Design structures such that the miners are ascomfortable as possible in the existing situations like proving ventilation in underground and ground structures
  • Sound knowledge about safety precautions in mines, mining equipment and their maintenance
  • Good communication, organization and leadership qualities
  • Ability to work under rough field conditions

JUNIOR METALLURGIST
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have experience in Gold Processing is preferred
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Metallurgical Engineering
  • Good verbal and written English language skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet

SENIOR METALLURGIST TECHNICIAN
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 3-5 years as a mineral processing technician, flotation and/or leaching test work experience is a requirement
  • Carry out routine mettallurgical test work and reporting
  • Plant sampling, surveys and research
  • Maintenance of stock/sample and ensuring they are kept at prescribed levels
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Ability to distinguish between colours

PLANT METALLURGIST
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 1-2 years in gained in production metallurgical role within the resource sector
  • Have experience in gold processing is preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications in either Metallurgy or Mineral Processing
  • Good verbal and written English language skills
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards within the mineral processing industry
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Excell, Word, Outlook and Internet
