COMMERCIAL ADVISOR (Ref: A25197 ) Beijing, China
Qualification & Experience, Responsibilities:
- You’ll support the China Commercial Manager and the Commercial Advisor to secure agreements with a range of external parties including national oil companies, gas customers, joint venture partners and other key stakeholders. This will entail leveraging our current assets for maximum value, developing strategies across new and existing projects, and resolving commercial issues including production sharing contracts, licences, government approvals, and agreements. You’ll also provide input to a number of new business opportunities as necessary.
- Ideally you’ll bring relevant working experience, preferably with both a technical and commercial background. This should include working knowledge of the complexities and risks of Production Sharing Contracts and Gas Sales Agreements, as well as an understanding of regulated businesses and the gas to market value chain. You’ll be skilled at problem solving and negotiations, as you’ll be working with governments, regulators, partners and customers.
