BUILDING/CAMP AND FACILITIES MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Qualifications & Experience:
- Have 3 years working experience in Building Maintenance.
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75
- Able to set up meeting and conduct the presentation in English and Indonesian languages for expatriate end user.
- Language proficiency verbal and written English.
HR SUPERVISOR
Qualifications & Experience:
- Have 7 years experience in generalist human resources roles in a mining or exploration environment in Indonesia, including at least three years specializing in overseeing compensation and benefits.
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM, social sciences or related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Indonesian, and an ability to comprehend and relay complex information.
- High level computer literacy including relevant, word processing, internet, and presentation software.
MINING ENGINEER
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Mining Engineering with minimum 3 years experience, or D3 degree in Mining Engineering with 6 years working experiences in Gold, Coal and Nickel Mining industry.
- Have active & valid Driving license (SIM) for vehicle.
- Skill and knowledge in Manage Operation, Process Improvement, Safety Health and Environment, Customer Service, Personal Management, People Development.
- Good in communication an interaction with people internally/externally.
- Good command of English both orally and writing will be a great advantage.
- Good computer literacy will be another advantage for success.
CIVIL ENGINEER
Qualifications & Experience:
- Have 3 years working experience in scheduling for engineering and procurement activities.
- Able to read and review technical drawing and Material Take-Off (MTO).
- Understand the function of philosophy and scheduling principal, especially for engineering scheduling/EPC Schedule.
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Civil Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75
- Familiar to operate the software of AutoCAD, Microsoft (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Project and Primavera.
- Able to set up meeting and conduct the presentation in English and Indonesian languages for expatriate end user.
- Language proficiency verbal and written English.
