HRD MANAGER/ SUPERINTENDENT (Code : HRD)
Qualification:
- Have 3 - 5 years experience in similar position
- Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling & General Affairs
- Competent in Microsoft-Office and HR Applications
- Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
- Male / Female, Age between 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree S1 any major min. GPA 3.00
- Dynamic, Result oriented, Mature and Committed finish the task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in English & Computer Literate
GEOLOGIST (Code : GEQ)
Qualification:
- Have 3 years experience in mineral exploration
- Able to use mining software (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, GPS Mapper)
- Able to make a progress report of exploration
- Able to indentify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
- Bachelor degree S1 in Geology
- Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
- Would be placed on the site
SURVEYOR (Code : SVY)
Qualification:
- Have 1 - 2 years experience in mining company
- Able to use mining software
- Min Diploma Degree D3 / S1 degree from faculty of Geodesi or Geomatika
- Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
- Would be placed on the Site
