Qualification:
Have 3 years experience in petroleum exploitations operations.
Bachelor Degree S1 in Petroleum Engineering.
Possesses strong work and moral ethics, capable of working alone or withinteams, self-motivator capable of generating original projects that requires minimum supervision.
Analytical thinking, good communication, and coordination
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Monitors and follows up the non-operated properties, and evaluates any technical proposals related to the proposed new wells, work-over, production optimization, & field facilities.Reviews and evaluates the new business development opportunities in corporation with G&G and economics groups.
Production Engineer
Qualification:
Have 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experiences in field operation and production activities.
Knowledge and skills in drilling and completion, downhole and subsurface equipment, stimulation, and workover
Bachelor Degree S1 in Petroleum Engineering.
Analytical thinking, good communication, and coordination

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Coordinates and controls operational efficiency program to support the achievement of production target.
Conducts daily well production performance monitoring and problem solving in order to maintain or achieve company or business unit goals while monitoring and controlling costs to achieve business units lifting cost targets.
Employee Relations Officer
Qualification:
Have 1 - 3 year experience in the Human Resources Function, computer knowledge is preferred
Bachelor Degree, S1 in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
