Senior Drill and Blast Supervisor (SDBS)
Qualification :
Have 4 - 5 years experience as drill and blast supervisor in open pit coal mining area
Have a first class blasting certificate
Have POP License
Have skill in Minescape
Max. 40 years old
Minimum Senior High School (Bachelor degree in mining would be an advantage)
Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
Senior Mine Plan Engineer (SMPE)
Qualification :
Have 3 - 4 years experience as an engineer or supervisor in open pit coal mining area
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
Max. 40 years old
Bachelor degree S1 in mine engineering
Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License would be an advantage
Have skill in Minescape
Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
Environmental Superintendent (ENVS)
Qualification :
Have 5 years experience in the mining industry. Have experiences in coal mining project would be an advantage
Strong technical skills in environmental management and interpersonal skills
Max. 45 years old
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Earth Science or its equivalent
Have a POP License
Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
HE Operator Trainer (HEOT)
Qualification :
Have 3 years experience in heavy equipment trainer especially in mining companies
Have TOT Certificate
Male Max. 40 years old
Computer literate
Ability to teach (In Class & field practical)
Have a POP License would be an advantage
Senior HR/IR Supervisor (SHRS)
Qualification :
Have 4 years experience as HR/IR Supervisory role
Have good communication skills in Bahasa and English (both verbal and written)
Max. 40 years old
Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology would be an advantage
Recruitment Specialist (RECR)
Qualification :
Have 3 years experience in recruitment role
Max. 40 years old
Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology would be an advantage
