Qualification:
- Have 7 years hands on experience in HR functions and 3 years in oil & gas industry
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR functions, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and development, Employee Relations, Medical and Insurance Benefits, Compensation and Benefits, Reward and Recognition, Induction and Performance Management
- Ability to develop HR process and procedures along the aforementioned functions
- Bachelor degree S1 in management, psychology, engineering or any business / management course
- Good communication skills and fluency in the English language
- Ability to review existing business processes and develop proposals in order to align said processes to the overall business objective of building high performance teams
- Ability to operate Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, etc)
