SCM Manager (SCM)
Qualification:
Have 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Company and in the same position
Must have certification of PTK 007 from BPMIGAS
Have a good track record and able to do tendering/bidding process referring to PTK-BPMIGAS procedure
Have good relationship with BP Migas and Pertamina EP especially in SCM
Age between 40 50 years old
Min. University Degree from reputable university from any major
Must have knowledge regarding formalities and inward & outward clearance
Familiar with logistic operations & inventory management
Budgeting & Reporting Supervisor (BRS)
Qualification:
Have 5 -10 years experience especially in PSC and taxation Accounting
Familiar with Budgeting and Reporting statutory report either internal and external following BP Migas/Pertamina EP and other government regulations
Expert in processing company financial transactions, ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures and preparing accurate & timely financial reports and statements
Age between 30 – 40 years old
Bachelor Degree S1 in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Good understanding on PSC taxation aspect relating Production, Lifting and Entitlement
Have good relationship with BP Migas/Pertamina EP,external auditors BPKP/SPI and other goverment audit.
Executive Secretary (EXE SEC)
Qualification:
Have 5 8 years of work experience in the administration or secretarial work at the executive level & expatriate
Well groomed personality
Female, max 30 years old
Min Diploma Degree or equivalent from the school of secretarial/administration or a Bachelor degree in management preferred
Have an excellent communication skills and ability to write a report in English and Indonesian
Attention to details and ability to follow through to ensure that tasks get completed
Have a willingness to work extended hours when needed
Ability to work with others and as a team
Finance & Accounting Staff (FAS)
Qualification:
Have 3 5 years experience especially in PSC Accounting
Familiar with system accounting or other software application
Age between 25 35 years old
Min. University Degree
Self motivated and willing to work on overtime less supervision
Familiar with inventory and assets management according PSC term
Secretary (SEC)
Qualification:
Have 2 – 5 years related experience in similar position
Well groomed personality
Female, age between 25 – 28 years old
Min Diploma Degree from Reputable Secretarial Academy
Computer & internet literate
Good communication (in English both oral & written) and interpersonal skill
Good knowledge and experience as secretarial and office administration
Good initiative & team work and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline
Senior Legal Officer (SLO)
Qualification:
Have 3 years experience in corporate legal activities
Experience in oil & gas / public company would be advantage
Male or FemaleMin Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
Having good relationship with law firm, notary, government institution
Fluent in English both of written and spoken
Good interpersonal skills and negotiation
Junior Legal Officer (JLO)
Qualification:
Have 1 year experience in corporate legal activities
Male or Female
Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
Fluent in English both of written and spoken
Good interpersonal skills
