Qualification:
- Have more 5 years experience as sales for electrical sectors; power plant, equipment, oil & gas sectors.
- Male, age 25 - 40 years old, Bachelor degree S1 in Engineer (BDM-OG) Electrical Engineer (BDM-OG) Electrical Engineer (BDM-PWR).
- Proven account management and sales track record of understanding customer needs in power plant sector, oil & gas, mining, service engineering & construction company.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills, interpersonal & relationship management skill with excellent leadership ability.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
