Production Operations Engineer (Code: O & M) - Jakarta Raya
Qualifications :
- Have more 6 years with at least 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the areas of project management; providing production operations expertise (1) in the FEED to ensure operational considerations (2) in the production operations planning (3) commissioning and production operations transition phases; obtaining data and references on operations and maintenance best practices to be set up as O and M models; participating in the team's effort in the provision of professional expertise in production operations in the FEED to ensure operational considerations in the facility designs; participating in the Production Operations' team in the provision of handover and transition plans in the commissioning process; participating in the commissioning processes to ensure the commissioning processes are in line with the commissioning and transition plans; providing basic expertise and provide administrative support in the processes of preparing operations and maintenance procedures and guidelines for the completed production facilities; ensuring compliance of own works to existing laws, regulations and company's Health, Safety and Environment standard procedures and practices

Qualifications :
- Have more 7 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry with at least 5 years in the strategic/business planning areas. Providing economics expertise to the strategic project planning processes; providing economics expertise and supports in all studies undertaken to gather and collect data to support strategic planning of project development; providing economics planning tools, business analysis, economic scenarios/simulations, and business environment scanning to support the quality of the overall project and/or individual project groups plans; providing supports expertise in the actual planning processes to produce ten year strategic plan, three to five year rolling plan, and annual plans

Security Compliance Manager (Code: PRJ) - Jakarta Raya
Qualifications :
- Have more 10 years with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry - in the area of Security Compliance. Working with project personnel to ensure that ISM requirements are considered from the earliest stages of projects and are included in the design and testing. Working with end-user personnel to ensure that they understand and comply with ISM requirements in their IT activities; Working with the IM & T Programme Management Office to comply with the project delivery methodology and to ensure ISM project budgets, milestones and deliverables are met; Performing investigations into security incidents and provide reports on critical incidents to the Information Security Committee (ISC); Assisting with the development and maintenance of security directives, standards and procedures; Validating system deployment against agreed security controls; Keeping up to date with relevant technology and ISM products; Maintaining currency with IM & T compliance requirements, specifically including J-SOX, but also other regulatory and statutory requirements. Providing assistance to implement established plans for Vulnerability Management, Security Awareness, Identity & Access Management, Secure Network Management, Malware Defences, Secure Server Configurations, Secure Application Development and assist with the development and delivery of an overall security architecture that protects INPEX’s information assets while assuring compliance with relevant governance, policy, standard, Indonesian government and J-SOX requirements.
- Having knowledge and experience of IT & IS practises in a security conscious corporate environment; ISM methodologies, in particular the ISO 27000 series; risk management methodologies such as ISO 31000; information security directives, standards and procedures; document security incidents to corporate management; security statistics and report KPIs; working with third party vendors in long-term relationships, contract management and problem resolution; system development lifecycle; service delivery frameworks such as ITIL
- Bachelor Degree in IT or related field or other disciplines related to Oil and Gas Industry

Qualifications :
- Have more 10 years with at least 7 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Managing all activities of ensuring that all operations at INPEX Indonesia are done according to international Safety & Security best standards and practices and in compliance with Indonesia Safety & Security laws and regulations; Managing the setting up of INPEX Safety & Security Policies and Strategies compatible to local and international standards and practices; Managing the processes of assuring that INPEX operations meet Safety & Security best practices through working with all operating units to set INPEX Safety & Security standards and procedures for all levels of operational practices; Managing the processes of assuring that INPEX operations comply with Safety & Security international standards and local laws and regulations through working with all operating units in the front-end loading phase of the operational plan; Leading and managing the processes of regular Safety audits and provision of feedback for Safety improvements to all operating units; Manage the delivery of all safety education, socialization, and campaign programs - designed by System Development group - to improve the Safety awareness as well as to improve the Safety competencies of all INPEX employees; Managing the reporting of Safety & Security incidents and cases in all INPEX operations to INPEX Management and/or Government Offices; Managing the security systems and work with security provider organizations in ensuring security of all INPEX area of works in progress; Ensuring compliance to existing laws, regulations and company's Health, Safety and Environment standard procedures and practices
